Dr. Tatiana Luna
Specializing in plastic surgery, Dr. Luna embarked on a distinguished academic journey, beginning with graduating as the top-ranked student in Cartagena and Colombia, attaining the top position nationwide in the state exam. She received her medical doctorate from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá with a complete scholarship due to her exceptional grade average. She graduated second in her class and was nominated on two occasions for Colegial, the highest possible distinction awarded by the University. During medical school, she actively participated in the “SERES” group at the University, contributing to volunteer initiatives. Moreover, she earned the opportunity to complete her medical internship as a “Institutional Intern” at Fundación Cardioinfantil in Bogotá, further enhancing her professional development.
Complementing her medical education, Dr. Luna undertook a transformative three-month rotation at Hospital de la Santa Creu de Sant Pau in Barcelona, where she gained invaluable insights into postoperative care practices. This international experience broadened her perspective and clinical skills, preparing her for the challenges and complexities of surgical practice.




Dr. Luna graduated with distinction from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.Throughout her academic journey, she underwent rigorous training, including specialized rotations in microsurgery, pediatric, oncologic, hand, and reconstructive surgery, all conducted at institutions such as Hospital Universitario San Ignacio, Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Hospital de la Misericordia and Hospital de la Samaritana, revered for their commitment to excellence in surgical education and practice. These immersive experiences provided her with a solid foundation and exposure to diverse surgical techniques and patient populations, fostering a comprehensive understanding of complex surgical procedures and patient care protocols.
Dedicated to refining her expertise, Dr. Luna diligently pursued specialized rotations in aesthetic surgery at prestigious clinics in Colombia’s biggests cities, such as Clínica Dhara (Bogotá D.C.) and Interquirófanos (Medellin). These renowned institutions, known for their high-caliber specialists and substantial patient base, provided Dr. Luna the opportunity to refine her skills and expertise in the field of aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to undertake an Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty Course conducted by Dr. Froilán Paez in 2023, further augmenting her skill set and knowledge base in the field of Rhinoplasty.
As she progresses toward board certification with the Colombian Society of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Luna remains determined in her pursuit of excellence. Beyond her technical proficiency, she possesses a profound sense of humanity and empathy.
