2. Planning
Our surgical packages include everything including medical and surgical care, pick up at the airport, accommodation at our Recovery Suites, medications, and therapy. We know what a big deal this is for our patients, and our an entire team is focused on helping patients to best prepare themselves for their procedures and their recovery, and to achieve great results.
Labs & Plane Ticket
We require some basic laboratory examinations which patients can get at a local laboratory and send in by email. Also send our patient coordinators your plane ticket and travel information so that we can make all of your arrangements in Cartagena.
Arrival
Once you arrive to Cartagena one of our drivers will come and pick you up, and take you to get settled into our 5-star Recovery Suites, your home away from home during your stay with us.
Consultation
You’ll then have your consultation with our plastic surgeons at our office in Bocagrande, where they will refine all aspects of your surgical plan. Our nurses then take you to see the anesthesiologist and to gather medications, garments, and supplies to get ready for a great surgery.
Surgery
The day of surgery we will pick you up to take you to the hospital. We will be with you every second as you enter the hospital and make final preparations with our medical team prior to surgery.

Pre-op
We’ll see you before surgery to make final preparations and to do the surgical markings. We’ll start some preoperative antibiotics and then head back to the operating room, our team with you every step of the way.
Surgery

Our operating suites are state of the art, and during surgery an entire team of professionals is centrally focused on every aspect of your care. Recovery Room
Patients typically wake up from anesthesia quickly and calmly, and we closely monitor you after surgery to make sure that you are stable and comfortable prior to discharge. When you’re ready, our nurses will help you back to your suite and get you settled with medications and everything needed for a smooth first night.

Recovery Suites
Our five star Recovery Suites are located in luxurious beachfront towers, and it is here that they enjoy their unique postoperative experience. Since the first minute after your surgery is complete, our team of nurses, aesteticians, and house staff are by your side attending to every need.
Nursing & Therapy
We provide daily nursing visits and post operative therapy sessions, and our team is proud to be available at anytime for anything for our patients. We will get you back on your feet immediately, and work with you to make a little progress every day
Surgeon Visits
You will have regular appointments with our plastic surgeons to make sure everything is healing perfectly. At your final follow up visit we will give you the plan to take care of everything, and instructions on follow up with us throughout the months ahead.
